Planting project beautifies school/ Adopt a Barrel’ begins

Sassarini families and friends can bring some springtime cheer to our campus by adopting a wine barrel for planting.

Susan and James Randuch donated the wine barrels, which are located throughout the campus. Please stop by the office and select a barrel location. The wine barrels are provided – you bring the plants and flowers and can even decorate the barrel itself.

This is a great way to show our school spirit.

OPT needs new members

The OPT (Organization of Parents and Teachers) needs new members for next year. Several board positions will be open in the fall and it is critical that new members join the OPT to support its many school programs.

Without additional members, the OPT will be forced to cut back on the programs, events and activities it sponsors throughout the school year. Please do your part to support our students and teachers through the OPT. For information, contact Mrs. Wilson in the office or call OPT co-presidents Dianne Hart (996-1851) or JoAnn Smith (939-6484).
